Bloody Mary

Guide Note

A Bloody Mary is a tomato-based alcoholic beverage with vodka, tomato juice and spices. Common savory additions include Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, Tabasco sauce, horseradish, pepper and lemon or lime juice.

A Caesar is a variation on the Bloody Mary usually served in Canada that uses Mott's Clamato instead of tomato juice.

The Blood Mary is considered an official cocktail by the International Bartenders Association (IBA).
