Big Dig

Big Dig is a nickname for the Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel Project (CA/T) including the Ted Williams Tunnel. It rerouted traffic through Boston via an underground 3.5 mile tunnel. The life of Milena Del Valle, as ceiling panels fell on top of them, and has been blamed on faulty materials. Her family won $6 Million in a settlement.
