Story

After a devastating blaze destroys civilization, meta beings wander a warped planet that grows worse with each passing moment. In order to survive, people cling to their delusions (Baroques) and become warped by them. Your character, the protagonist, searches for items and power-ups in an attempt to unlock the secrets of this bizarre world in which he has awoken with amnesia, mute and considered as "flawed" by those around him. With each death of your character, you uncover more of the game's story and learn how to purify the warped world's meta beings. The game features randomly generated dungeons, a complex dialog engine and a story influenced by your character's choices.
