Baleka Mbete

Speaker at South Africa's parliament Baleka Mbete may become the country's first female president - albeit temporarily. Mbete could become acting president if the African National Congress (ANC) decides that Thabo Mbeki misused the justice system unfairly against rival Jacob Zuma. ¹
