The Asus Eee PC 900 is an updated version of the popular Asus Eee PC; instead of a 7-inch screen, this version features an 8.9-inch screen. In addition, the Eee PC 900 features a multi-touch trackpad much like the MacBook family of products. According to FCC documentation and contrary to prevalent rumors, the Asus Eee PC 900 will not have a touchscreen nor a GPS receiver. Rumors had been circulating that a source from AsusTech has confirmed the inclusion of a touchscreen, but the user manual (which is accessible via the FCC's website) outlines all the components clearly, and neither a touchscreen nor a GPS unit are listed.
