Ashley Ellerin

Ashley Ellerin was a former acquaintance of actor Ashton Kutcher. Ellerin was murdered in her Hollywood Hills home in February 2001. The DNA of Michael Gargiulo, an air conditioning repairman and resident of Santa Monica, matched that of DNA taken at the scene of Ellerin's murder. Kutcher had stopped by the house after her death, but before her body was discovered, to pick Ellerin up for a post-Grammy Awards party, but she did not answer the door.¹
