26-year-old Amber Arpaio filed a lawsuit against Ashley Alexandra Dupre claiming her identity was stolen. Dupre, the call girl in the center of the Eliot Spitzer scandal, appeared in a Girls Gone Wild video in 2003 and used Arpaio's name and driver's license as 'proof' of age.¹
