The Apple iPod 3rd Generation 8GB Nano is a portable media player which is available in six colors. It has an anodized aluminum top and polished stainless steel back. It has the ability to show television programs, movies and video podcasts along with audio play. It plays up to five hours of video or up to 24 hours of audio on a single charge.

The Apple iPod 3rd Generation Nano was replaced by the iPod Nano 4G on September 9, 2008.
