Anthony Franz
Chicago resident Anthony Franz has filed a lawsuit against the local restaurant Shaw's Crab House, claiming that he contracted a parasite from a salmon salad he ordered there in 2006.1 According to Franz, within days of eating the meal, he excreted a nine-foot-long tapeworm.
