Guide Note:Andrew Noel Prescott has been arrested for kidnapping and sexually assaulting an infant. It is alleged that Andrew took the baby boy from his home, and then returned him later to his crib, with bite marks on his face, buttocks, and genitals. The 8 month old's mother was home, and asleep in another room. She called police when she awoke and found her baby covered with bites.
