Early Life

Andrew Bynum was born in Plainsboro, New Jersey on October 27, 1987. He would West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North and then Solebury School in Pennsylvania. He would finish up his high school career at St. Joseph High School.

Pro Career

Bynum would be selected with the 10th pick in the 2005 Draft by the Los Angeles Lakers. At the age of 18 years old and 6 days, he would become the youngest player ever to play in an NBA Game. He would begin the 2006 season as the starter, but would understandably struggle with consistency. In the beginning of the 2007-2008 season he was off to an all-star caliber year when he dislocated his knee cap in a freak play. He was forced to miss the remainder of the season, and with the acquisition of Pau Gasol does not look like he will be a major contributor during the Lakers 2008 playoff run.
