Andreas Zini
Andreas Zini was killed in a car crash in Ojai, California on January 13, 2008. The car was driven by Pulp Fiction screenwriter Roger Avary, who was charged with vehicular manslaughter and driving while impaired.

The Accident
Zini was sitting in the passenger seat of Avary's Mercedes when it smashed into a telephone pole around 1:00 a.m. Zini was taken to Ventura County Medical Center, where doctors attempted to treat the blunt force injuries to his chest and stomach he had sustained in the accident. Zini died on the operating table around 7:00 a.m.
