Amber Arpaio
Amber Arpaio is a dental assistant whose identity was allegedly stolen by Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the woman at the center of the Eliot Spitzer scandal. Dupree used Arpaio's name and driver's license when she appeared in a Girls Gone Wild video in 2003.1
On July 17, 2008, it was reported that Arpaio filed a lawsuit against Dupree and Girls Gone Wild producer, Joe Francis, for identity theft, defamation of character and invasion of privacy.2

Dupre's Aliases and Girls Gone Wild
Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the call girl whose tryst with Eliot Spitzer caused a national scandal, identified herself to Girls Gone Wild producers as 21-year-old Amber Arpaio in 2003. An Orlando Sentinel article that examined the Girls Gone Wild phenomena featured Dupre at a Miami, Florida, taping.5
Dupre was born Ashley Youmans, but has also gone by the name Ashley DiPietro. After the footage was made public by Girls Gone Wild producer Joe Francis, Dupre filed a $10 million lawsuit against Francis and his company, claiming she was only 17 at the time of filming. The lawsuit was voluntarily dropped by Dupre on July 4, 2008.4
