Ali Landry is a model and actress. In 1990 she was named Miss Louisiana Teen USA, and won the 1996 Miss USA pageant. She then went on to finish in the top 6 at the 1996 Miss Universe. After this success, she went into modeling and began appearing in television commercials, most notably a Doritos ad during Super Bowl XXXI. Riding the wave of popularity from those spots, she segued into acting. Her television credits include Sunset Beach, Bold and the Beautiful, Malcom & Eddie, Felicity, Two Guys, a Girl and a Pizza Place, and two hosting gigs on America's Greatest Pets and Spy TV. In 2006, she starred in the film Bella which was written and directed by her husband, Alejandro Gomez Monteverde. She had previously been engaged to actor Mario Lopez.
