A Christmas Tale
A Christmas Tale (Un conte de Noel) is a French dramedy about a dysfunctional family that reunites for the Christmas holiday. The film was written and directed by Arnaud Desplechin and stars Catherine Deneuve in the role of matriarch "Junon Vuillard".
Following a Cannes Film Festival premiere in May of 2008, the film opens in U.S. theaters on November 14.

Synopsis
Three generations of the Vuillard family are brought together for a Christmas weekend. Estrangement, mental illness and promiscuity are issues during their reunion, as the family members seek peace with one another.
