  • American rock band .38 Special was formed in 1975 and played mostly Southern rock. In the early 1980s the band started incorporating blues and arena rock into their music which kicked off a string of great hits including, "Caught Up In You" and "Hold On Loosely." In 2007 they opened for Lynyrd Skynyrd and Hank Williams, Jr..
