A 3-year-old girl was admitted to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital for broken bones, bruises, and alcohol intoxication. The incident took place on February 22, 2008. As the doctors were treating her, they discovered her blood alcohol content on 1.5. No one has been charged with any crimes yet, however an investigation in ongoing.
