Mayan Calendar
This video offers a look inside the creation of the Mayan Calendar. It explains how it was created and the differences it holds such as the calculation of the days of the year. We are accustomed to a 365 day calendar, consisting of 12 months. However, the Mayan calendar consists of 18 months, 20 days each, and a 19th month with 5 days. A very interesting account of the Mayan calendar.
