In the days leading up to the second week of the 2010 NFL season, experts, insiders and armchair managers share their thoughts and picks as to which teams will win each of the 16 National Football League games that week. Each of the 32 NFL teams play in week two, with half the league coming in hoping to win two in a row and the other half hoping to rebound and get back to a 1-1 record.

NFL week two in 2010 takes place with a full slate of games on Sunday, September 19, and Monday, September 20, 2010. Among the top games of the week include divisional rivalries between the New York Jets and New England Patriots in the AFC East plus the Cincinnati Bengals taking on the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC North. The Manning brothers also play against one another as the Indianapolis Colts play the New York Giants. The Monday Night Football game features the reining-champion New Orleans Saints visiting the San Francisco 49ers.
