The winners of the 2010 American Music Awards (AMAs) were announced at the 38th annual presentation on November 21, 2010. The fan voted awards recognize performers from multiple genres of music, including pop/rock, country, rap/hip-hop, soul/R&B, alternative, adult contemporary, Latin and contemporary inspirational.

The 2010 AMAs took place at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles and were broadcast live on ABC networks beginning at 8:00 p.m. EST.
