2008 Mississippi Primary

The 2008 Mississippi Primary was held on March 11, 2008. 40 delegates were at stake for the Democratic Party and 39 for the Republicans. The winners were Barack Obama, with 61% against Hillary Clinton's 37% (for a delegate count of 17 and 14), and John McCain, with 81% against Mike Huckabee's 12% (for a winner-take-all delegate count of 24-0).
