Lawrence Lessig created a video explaining why he supports President Barack Obama. Lessig founded Creative Commons and is a prominent advocate of Free Culture, the Free Software Movement. He was prompted to make the video by an email request.

7. Rovean tactics should not be rewarded or they will continue
8. Obama promises a much more fundamental change than Hillary Clinton
9. Praises Obama for not taking lobbyist money — and shows a clip of Clinton saying that lobbyists represent "real Americans"
10. Obama will "inspire as he leads" — especially in a move towards peace
11. Electing Obama is the clearest way of saying to the world "we have changed"
