17 Million Ad

A political ad from Senator Hillary Clinton's presidential campaign proclaims that she's received 17 million votes in the primary contests through early May 2008.

In the television ad, which began running in the beginning of June in both Montana and South Dakota, Clinton claims she has more votes than any other primary candidate in history. She suggests this shows she is winning the popular vote, a point Barack Obama's camp disputes.
