10,000 B.C., a 2008 live action and computer animated film starring Steven Strait and Camilla Belle is a prehistoric tale of a young mammoth hunter on an epic journey to rescue a lost love and save his people from impending doom.
After a group of warlords invade the Yaghal camp and kidnap many of its occupants as slaves, young D’Leh gathers a group of his fellow hunter-gatherers to find their lost tribe members. Their epic journey finds them battling prehistoric creatures and recruiting members from neighboring tribes who have also suffered at the hands of the warlords. At the end of their quest lies a lost civilization, where they must defeat a tyrannical "God" in order to free their loved ones.
